Start with our FREE 3-day program on growth mindset. It will give you a sense of what the app experience is like, and you can text with your coach.

Our 3-week programs are the most popular. They're fast-paced and have more daily content to review and apply.

The 3-month programs are slow and steady, with more information, more time to adjust, reflect and explore new habits. They've got the best success rates for long-term lifestyle change for mind and body.

Extensions to 6-months include a custom track for months 4-6, where you'll select a concept from your first 90 days for us to dig into.
In short, do what you can afford — in both time and money. If you wrap up a program and want more, let us know and we'll prorate you into a longer commitment.

While our co-created 1:1 programs require more background information up front, they're designed to be thought-provoking and super helpful as you baseline your current state. Q. Can you work with my doctor / dietitian / specialist / chiropractor? A. Yes! Our health coaching programs are designed to support you along your journey to wellness, whether it's initiated by you or your health practitioner.

Q. Can I use my HSA / FSA / HRA funds to pay for your coaching services? A. Maybe. You'll need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) signed by your doctor, which confirms the services are for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of a disease or medical condition.

Q. Why should I do this now? A. Well, the answer depends mostly on you, where you are right now, how much you're willing to commit and where you want to be. Our real question is, why wait? Just start somewhere. Investments in your health and education can pay off quickly, so the longer you wait, the longer it will take to get to a happier, healthier you.
