Hi! I’m Katie, the founder of Align and Clear. I thought I’d share some next steps with you as you get started. By the way - you’ve already taken a really big step forward just by joining one of our programs and watching this video.


The concepts you’ll learn and practice in this program are the same ones that helped me navigate some pretty big life transitions, with a really uncertain future. What I love about the next 21 days is that all of the material is evidence-based and has been studied extensively by positive psychology researchers. Out of all the programs I’ve created, I’m arguably most proud of the transformative changes in my confidence, resilience and inspiration. You’ll hear those three words a lot—confidence, resilience, inspiration—because when you’ve built a solid foundation for those three things, life gets a lot easier to manage.


The same concepts you’ll learn and practice on the app are the same things that helped me kickstart my own health journey, which started about 10 years ago, but really started taking shape in 2020 during COVID. So I’m over 5 years into transformative changes in what I eat, when I sleep and how I move. You’ll hear those three words a lot - eat, sleep, move - because if you’ve got an understanding of optimal health and behavior in each of those areas, the rest sort of falls into place.


The insights and practices in the next 21 days mirror the rabbit hole I went down when I started to explore the brain health around psychedelics. Each week has a different theme: brain basics, neuroplasticity and neurogenesis. So it’s all about how the brain works, your brain’s ability to connect and create new brain cells. When you support your brain health with the right activities and hacks, your ability to think and grow starts to align.

  1. Download the Align+Clear app. It’s available on Google Play and the App Store, but you can also get set up from the website. I’ve tried both and think the app is a much better experience, so it’s definitely worth downloading to your phone. The links are in this confirmation email. You’ll get a second email in the next few minutes with your initial password to login.

  2. It’s also helpful to grab a journal to make notes on things that resonate with you, do some of the daily exercises offline or just reflect a bit each morning and night on how you’re feeling - a few bullets or sentences.


Whether you’re on the path for weeks or months, I’m here if you need me and will check in with a few DMs on the app in a few days. You can always book 1:1 sessions ad-hoc at a discounted rate from our booking page.
